Non-existant customer support

I placed an order AND PAID using the website on the 10th of February. I have sent 5 emails, called twice, to date nobody has even contacted me to let me know why my order is not being followed up. Nobody has even rep**** to a single mail.

I'm hoping this would be the place that someone will be kind enough to follow up on this or should I assume that nobody at Poobie Naidoos cares?

I've emailed attachments confirming everything. All I want is someone to contact me to clear this up or at least refund me.
