Annoyed

My first complaint online about my worse shopping experience ever. Tried buying my husband a Manchester United Soccer Jersey for Christmas. I went online saw an away kit for a very good price. I called the Durban North branch... terrible customer service the lady could not tell me if any other branches had stock has they had none. Called the Pietmaritzburg branch. The lady I spoke to was very helpful she sent me a picture of the item I requested to be sure it is the correct item and banking details etc. I made payment and I was to pick up from Durban north branch. I go to fetch it it is the wrong size. I call the lady back in PMB she tells me they made a mistake. Not only do they not have the size I want someone made a mistake with the price online that price is for Junior Jerseys. I went back online the jersey is still there for men at that price. I tell her I understand its fine if you cant get me the jersey before Xmas since the wait online is 10 days I will wait because my husband is the biggest fan I know she says no I must give them my bank details they want to return what I paid. I said no I want the jersey. I understand you are not in a position to make a decision let me speak to someone who can help she walks around with me on the line finds a person named Mervyn who is apparently their buyer he refused to come on the line to speak to me. I said then let me speak to your manager she tries that route the lady manager also refuses to speak to me. The lady I had been dealing with apologised profusely and asks me to please send my banking details she has spoken to HR the store manager and everyone she could think of they wont help me get what I paid for. I realised I am not going to get anywhere with these rude unprofessional people I have never come across such a bunch of *********** people in my life. I spent alot of time on the phone with them so much back and fourth for days. I even emailed the so called person in charge Gavin Naidoo my first email was to praise the lady for being so helpful and then to let him know how unprofessionally I was treated and with such disrespect no reply to either email from him. I did say please respond because I plan on taking to social media to let others become aware of the service you are providing but alas still no reply to date. No wonder the staff behave that way to. I would not recommend them to anyone they ruined a very happy day my husband did not get a present on Xmas as is our custom because we still had no idea whether they would get us the jersey or not. Eventually after the whole fiasco I told my husband what happened and why he did not get a present on that day. Disgusted.
