Faulty installation

I bought a HD dstv on the 26th of November at pep store in mamelodi , I was given a card by the pep cashier to call for installation . The guys from pontsho & sons came to install the dstv , in few days time the dstv installation was not working properly , my husband called the guy from pontsho and sons installation to come check the installation (09/12.17) because he told us that we have two months warranty on the installation . The guy (Johnny) promised to pitch but he ddnt make it .Today I called their office but their phones were off , I called the guy (johnny) he promised he will pitch but he didn't . I called him several times he promised to come but he ddnt . our dstv is not even a month old .
