****ty and disrespectful waiters

I am in Ponto Grill currently and for heaven sakes i hate the place and services its so disgusting i could vomit. Look i travelled from Johannes for this nonsense and the place was highly recommend for what ****ty service. I ordered coke and i never got my coke the waiter was just confused and not sure of what she was doing. If i pay for something i expect excelent service. I am ****ed with the place and services
