Poor service and food for locals supporting

We were very disapointed with the Carvery . The food was cold and tasted a day old, especially the roast potatoes. It seems that restaurants feel they don't need the local people to support them all year round. They feel that the tourists are more important because they come and go. Sad as its located in such an awesome location.
