Disgusting

Hello

I am utterly disgusted with your establishment. I am staying in studio apartments number 4. We had lunch at your restaurant and now we are having dinner. We were also supposed to be having breakfast here. I will not. You put our table behind the piano as if we were being punished in the corner. I have no view of the restaurant or even of the river. When I brought this to your managers attention she told me with attitude “well that is how we set up”. I then asked for someone with empathy and higher up the food chain. I then got a manager Carl on the phone and he said he will deal with the matter tomorrow. This will not help me in any way. I will be sending revues on all the booking websites to rate your wonderful establishment.
