10th Birthday Party spoilt by Host

I had my daughter's 10th birthday party at Ponies 4 Parties on 6 October 2018 in Ashburton and it was a total disaster, we had such a horrible experience. The host was so unfriendly and nasty towards my guests including the kids. She was all over the show gaurding everyone and everything making everybody feel so uncomfortable. She also exchanged words with some of my guest and kept on yelling at the kids. I couldn't believe that she was the same person I had dealt with. Unfortunately she is the owner of the place so there is no one to report her to. While I was planning the party she seemed all nice. I had no idea that she had such a terrible attitude. She acted as if she was doing me a favour and yet I had paid her in advance. Some stuff she has advertised on her website doesn't correlate with what she offers. Her service definately was not value for money. I can write an essay about all the terrible things she did on that day, the list goes on! She just ruined the party with her ugly behaviour!...
