Must have for Newborn Parents. PONCHU amazing service
This has honestly been one of the best baby purchases we’ve made so far. We bought the Smart Temperature Control Flask from Ponchu.co.za (it heats water to the exact temp you set) and it has become our most used baby gadget by far. As new parents you end up buying all sorts of stuff you think you need… and half of it just gathers dust. This flask is the complete opposite — it’s used daily and lives in our diaper bag. Also, the buying experience was super smooth. The guys at Ponchu (Met them at the Baby Expo) they really know the product and you can tell they’ve sold it before — no guessing, no “let me check”, just straight confidence and good advice. And I have to mention the after-sales service: I emailed them and got helped within minutes, and they sorted out a replacement unit just as fast. That kind of service is rare. Honestly, the big well-known brands don’t have anything close to this. If you’ve got a newborn (or one on the way), I highly recommend it.
