Utterly useless!

<p>I have never dealth with such an *********** bunch of people in my life.</p> <p> </p> <p>I rented from these people for just under 2 years, they all of a sudden start charging water and sewerage without any prior notice. I spoke to other people in the flat and they were also in the same boat and had never heard of these "new charges".</p> <p> </p> <p>The only response i got back from them was that it was sent out to bad you didn't get it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Prudence, the most *********** of them all is unable to call you back, or pass on a message to some one else. They might as well have an answering machine in her place. </p> <p> </p> <p>Natalie - The accounts manager is so rude that she was only able to tell me well the emails are sent and to bad if you didn't recieve it (Funny thing is not a single person in the flat had recieved these). Maybe they are sending emails through Prudence? Who knows.</p> <p> </p> <p>I suggest if you are ever going to Rent from these people. Dont expect any calls from them if something goes wrong, the only call you will recieve is if they want your money.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
