GOOD PAYING TENANTS NOT VALUED

<p>This managing agents (Marsahall and Associates part of Pompa Realty) on behalf of my landlord are unprofessional and constantly lie and make up excuses.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have given this process of them repairing the damage to my flat of which I rent. I stay with two small kids and since October 2016 have sent emails to report the damage. Due to the heavy rains water comes into the house. And all I received is phone calls promising I'm being prioritized and empty promises </p> <p> </p> <p>Since then there having been meetings which have been set up by Marshall And Associates. Which they don't even show up for or even have the courtesy to let me know of call to apologize for not making the meeting. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have not missed a months rent in the two years I am staying here. </p> <p> </p> <p>My purpose of my complaint is to warn other people of how they do business . I have now sent multiple emails and many phone calls and don't know what else to do. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
