Poor quality product

I had ordered wallpaper for two rooms. The one wallpaper was a disappointment as the color contrast was not the same as what I had chosen as it was light and not evenly app**** thus giving it a cheap look as it lacks the desired bold and dramatic effect. The installation was equally shoddy as the wallpaper has smudges of glue, and is torn around light switches and corners.

It's three months since these concerns were brought to the owner's attention and he has neither honored appointments to come and assess the problem for possible resolution nor bothered returning my messages.

I suppose my money is now in his pocket and he is chasing his next victim. The enthusiasm and "professionalism" that fooled me into thinking that he was an honorable person is just no longer there.
