Pommy Shoes (UK) Disappointment

I ordered a pair of shoes last year February from Pommy Shoes and till today I have not received my shoes nor my refund.

I have been communicating with the owner because initially they had delivered the wrong size shoes but the box was written the right size. Upon my realization of this I contacted Pommy and sent them pictures of this.

I was then asked to return the shoes after paying R1000 at customs for the shoes to be released months after I had ordered them ,then I had to pay DHL to return the shoes yet I had paid a fee for the shoes.

I have asked Pommy on numerous times on Instagram Massenger to refund my money as I realized that I am not getting my shoes but she tells me that my account is not working yet this is the same account that I receive my monthly salary on.

Lately she promised to ship the shoes back last 2 weeks ago on a Friday and I have asked her to send me proof of shipment so I can track where the shoes are and till today nothing has been received.

I have been texting her on Instagram and I have not received any response . I am starting to wonder whether this is a **** or where I will ever receive my shoes or money back.

I took the step to write on thier Instagram wall and Facebook wall but this does not seem to have any impact on them. Al I have asked for is the truth as to whether I will receive anything from them so I can have peace because I am tired of begging and chasing after what is rightfully mine.
