Polyspray PTY Ltd - Worst and unreliable service

In August 2019 we bought a unit in a complex in Hibberdene and a big selling point that was presented to us by the seller, and in light of the heavy rains KZN had earlier in April/May 2019, was the fact that he had the corrugated roof done/waterproofed/sealed by a company called Polyspray PTY Ltd in July 2017 and which workmanship carries a guarentee of 10 years. In November 2019, after yet more heavy, continuous rain, it was evident that the roof was leaking in various places and on 11 November we contacted Charles ***) of Polyspray in Durban, whose details were on the invoice and whose name and number the seller gave us. We spoke to him telephonically and via whatsapp, during which he promised to send his team as soon as the weather cleared. After various follow-up calls, sending videos of the damage the leaking roof is causing etc., by 3 December 2019 still no one came out, despite the promises and appointments made by Charles with us. Eventually, shortly before they closed for December holidays, Aron Hoogers (Cell ***), who was apparently a sub-contractor for Polyspray in KZN, came out and did some work and said that all should be fine. Well, IT WAS NOT!! We had yet more rain in December and the leaking continued. Again we contacted Charles AND Aron, but as they were closed, they promised to attend to this early in January 2020. Again, after various calls and whatsapp messages in which we begged and pleaded for urgent assistance as our ceilings were now getting badly damaged, and promises by Aron and Charles that they will come either on this day or that day, but never pitched on those days, by end of January 2020, we were still waiting for either one of them! Early in February Aron did come out at last and AGAIN, after doing some work with much apologies for the delay and damages suffered, he assured us that all is now sorted - IT WAS AGAIN NOT! When we contacted Charles thereafter, he informed us that he is no longer using Aron, and will now attend to this himself and he set various appointments with us, which he just never showed up for and now our calls goes unanswered, whatsapp's are read but not answered and nor is there any reply on our emails to *** - the email address on their website and social media accounts. R20 520 work done on roof, with a guarentee of 10 years means absolutely NOTHING and allowing them more than a year now to fix their poor work, did not even help!! Proof of all whatsapp's, videos send with damage caused, emails and phone calls will gladly be provided. All we want is for our roof to be fixed and Polyspray to take responsibility for the damaged ceilings due to their poor workmanship and under the supposed guarentee they provided!
