Terrible Service Received Twice

For the second time, i visited PolyOak(picture attached) today, to purchase 2l Dairy Cans for my vegetables juice processing. as i entered the shop i got a very unpleasant service. the 2 ladies who were behind the counter looked at me with amazement, like a trespasser. i greeted them and they kept quiet, i greeted for the second time thinking maybe they didn't hear me, they continued to keep quiet. eventually she asked me "can i help you?". I asked her if she didn't see me in front of her or hear me when i was greeting them, with amazement her answer was "I'm Just BUSY" and i said "Wow, is that how you treat your customers"? she kept quiet. then i realised it's either she doesn't know what she's doing or either she is doing it intentionally.

I asked her to Put the sale on the company name, but she was complaining in Afrikaans thinking that i didn't understand it, i said "excuse me? ‘then she said "I’m talking to myself" i was very annoyed. I gave her my Vat numbers and she didn't put it into the invoice, ended up asking her to write the VAT number by Hand(please see attached) and asked her to sign on the invoice and staple it together with the speed point receipt. Very pathetic that I have to tell her what she must do. This is happening for the second time in to me, the first was a Guy and a Lady… and when I complained about this service the guys said to me “I guess we must say sorry like your president Zuma on Nkandla” I was very Annoyed, and told him that “if you take secular politics and use them as an excuse to give bad service to your black customers, maybe you shouldn’t be in Business”

Whoever owns or in senior management in this company should really take interest in their customers and their value, this warehouse is really not taking care of customers and the staff really needs to be educated to have proper customer etiquette, from greeting a customer with a smile to ensuring that their goods are loaded, this is the second time this is happening to me, therefore it is not a mistake, but has grown into a culture of the company. This is a very terrible service, I went out thinking “maybe the lack of competition in Nelspruit “to this kind of business makes them think they are a monopoly”. PolyOak is a very big company to let its good reputation(if there’s any) be ruined by this one Warehouse bad service and dealing with customers.

I am not expecting an Apology for this query, but a response from the Owner or senior management of PolyOak Packaging Pty Ltd, tabling how are they going to solve this problem and how are they going to ensure that business owners like myself and any other customers who purchase these products receive good service from PolyOak.
