Horrible service
I had the worst experience with Polygon technologies ever! We rescinded a transaction within the cooling of period provided for in section16 of the Consumer Protection Act. After several communications both telephonically and via email, Polygon technologies has never responded.

29 Jul 2022, 22:37The goods have been installed and Mr Mentoor have indicated his satisfaction. If there is anything wrong with the equipment, we are ready and able to assist with a warranty claim or other assistance at any time.
We have never received a call nor email or text message from Mr Mentoor (HIMSELF) requesting any cancellation. It was his son who has tried to interfere with a deal that is none of his concern and has previously attempted to leave a negative hello peter review on behalf of Mr Mentoor. Now you are again attempting to do so by directly impersonating your father. I hope you understand that this is actually **********, and we will consider legal action to protect our interest in this matter.
