Disgusting Service

We placed an order for supply and printing of company logos on tee shirts and golf shirts on 24 February 2015. We supp**** the overalls that the company logo was to be printed on.<br> The order was paid for on the same date as we were advised that no printing would be done before the payment was made.<br> On 16 March 2015 we collected the overalls and the tee shirts and were advised that the golf shirts were not ready as they had a problem sourcing the shirts ordered.<br> Despite being contacted and visited on several occasions to investigate the progress made with delivery of the outstanding golf shirts - we have met with no success.<br> In July 2015 we called at the premises and requested that a refund of the amount paid for the golf shirts be made to our bank account. <br> To date no refund or delivery of the outstanding gold shirts has been made - Mr Benham does not even have the common decency to respond to phone calls or requests made to his staff for him to call and advise us what is going on.
