Inconsistent implementation of Load shedding by Eskom in Vosloorus

I would like to complaint regarding areas where load shedding is not implemented. The load shedding is not implemented because the Councilor stay in Paradise Park in Vosloorus. I am requesting your intervention as I feel its unfair
