Very bad after service in guarantee period - Poly Aqua Group Reservoir Lining

In August 2015 Poly Aqua - Mike Downing - quoted to renovate my reservoir tank located on a small holding close to Lanseria. Quote of R 47 880.00 was accepted by me. Deposit of R 21 000.00 was made 28 August 2015 and work was completed around 14 September 2015. After all rubble and testing of tank was made, the balance was paid 2 October 2015. All seemed ok until April 2019 when leaking was noticed at the bottom of reservoir. This became noticeable as weeks went by. Further the top of the lining which has been secured with nails on to the concrete reservoir frame, was seriously cracking due to UV exposure? After a few calls from me Mike sent a team. We emptied reservoir, the team repaired a very tiny hole at the bottom in line where the water comes in(and I doubt whether that would have caused a major leak) and a make shift repair was made on the cracking top with black plastic tape and glue.... Repairs were paid for R 1 500 on 31 May 2019. Once again in September 2019 serious leaking was noticed and the tears at the top were getting even more alarming. The repair did not hold. The water issue around the base of the tank was and is very serious. I have pools of water which is bad for the livestock and bad for the ground. A m,ail was sent to Mike and followed through regularly as per below. When Edita of Poly Aqua Group suggested I called him, I did so on his cell ***. This I have done on a weekly basis since October 2019. He kept promising to send a team, then in the last 2 weeks he aggressively said that it’s not his problem and he would contact manufacturer of lining. Today at 14h20 I called Mike again. He put the phone down on me. The second and third call were not picked up. Sadly this does not go down well with me. The problem is serious and he does not want to take responsibility. I chose Poly Aqua Group thinking it to be a credible company and much to my dismay this has not come through I am not sure why the edge of the lining was secured with nails when the contract stated that coping bricks were to be placed forming the edge of the reservoir. Of course pulling on the nails would cause tears. I am sending per separate mail following this one pictures of the tears I do not understand why Mike is not prepared to take responsibility. And I have been more than polite and patient in this case. Is he waiting for the 5 year guarantee to expire? The 600 micron lining is guaranteed for 5 years and this has been signed by him. The life expectancy is 15 years. I am really desperate in fear that the lining is going to totally detach from the top and fall in which would cause serious damage to the shell of the reservoir dam I am truly thankful of your intervention as at this stage I am desperate! With kind Regards ELSIE JAMMY (Mrs)
