Bad service

Got the worst service at Polokwane Royal hotel. I was sworn at by Edward ( who is supposedly the manager of the place). He was very rude and obnoxious and I don’t see myself ever booking at that place or recommending anyone thereof. I have proof by means of videos which shows Edwards swearing.
