The service is horrible,we get here by 5am then you have to wait until the staff arrives,then you have to wait in another line to get your file sometimes the file is misplaced and you wait hours to get it or to get a duplicate file,then another line to ma

The service is horrible,we get here by 5am then you have to wait until the staff arrives,then you have to wait in another line to get your file sometimes the file is misplaced and you wait hours to get it or to get a duplicate file,then another line to make a payment wheater you work or not you still pay,after that you wait for the doctor to assist you and the you go to the pharmacy for medication and there is also a long que and there you wait again by the some of the staff goes to lunch and tea breaks or some are just plain rude,by the time you are done the patient you brought is in more pain and the patient is tired and then you go home at 5 or 6pm . The hospital needs serious improvement to assist us cause the admin staff in front are the rudest people I ever met. Hospital management please do something about this usues please 😭😭😭😭
