Nurses incompetence

Good day. My name is Sharon Masuku. My dad was admitted to polokwane provincial hospital ward T room 11 about 3 weeks ago he suffers from a stroke. On the first week he complained about nurses not providing him with a blanket and this was because they was a misunderstanding between him and a nurse so the nurse used that against him. The following week a doctor poured his bed with water. Today he kept having seizures and fell of the bed and broke his arm and leg due to the fact that his bed was had no side balances. Now he has been quickly moved to pholoshong hospital without our consent because the doctors realized they incompetence and failing to take care of patients. If anything happens to my father I want to sue the hospital because now my dad says it's best if he dies cause he can't take the pain anymore.We want to take this further and report it.
