Joke of a service

My mother was admitted on Saturday the 15th of February 2025 and had surgery at 9pm up until today the 19th of February 2025 no doctor has gone to see her and explain to her for what she had surgery for when you ask a nurse what was wrong exactly they tell you they can't say I have to ask the doctor. How am I supposed to ask a doctor what's exactly wrong of the doctor if the doctor doesn't even go and see the patient. When you call HR to file a complain about the clown of a service that's being given then they have the audacity to hang up
