Disgusting service from Polokwane Provincial Hospital

Honestly we go to public hospitals because we can not afford private,because Polokwane provincial is the most unorganized public hospital in the world, they do not even communicate with the patients, its over crowded with no ventilation ,by the time you get out of the hospital you've inhaled all sorts of sicknesses. I took my 8year old son for an operation for his tonsils, was advised that he should not eat, we got there at 6am,we wait for the file, which we only received after midday (12pm),a child must stay the whole day without eating only to be booked for op the next day however the letter states operation is on the 25th of Feb 2026. I have never experienced such horrible and I mean horrible services, but Polokwane showed me how they are so inhuman because how can they drag their feet with sick beings? Department of health needs to do something about this,as much as its a public hospital but treat people with care, polokwane hospital is so filthy,the cleaning lady was cleaning with one hand at some point whilst speaking on the phone shuuu wow.
