Polokwane Municipality phone numbers ***) are dysfunctional. How can the municipality display numbers that are not working on our statements and their website? This is very frustrating because we would like to enquire the charges on our account. We are charged stuff we don't even know or understand. I've dealt with many municipalities and Polokwane Municipality is by far the most expensive with poor service.
