We are struggling to access a basic need of electricity

We have an electricity crisis that need urgent attention and our beloved Municipality is now failing to deliver. Electricity got cut yesterday, 19th Feb 2018 for most areas in Polokwane. While most households got their electricity back, my house was unfortunately not part of that. We have been calling the municipality since 19:00 last night, its now 16:00 the following day and the municipality has not come to our assistance.
