Water shortage in Polokwane

I havent had water since Friday eveing 9 October 2020 and it is now Sunday morning 11 October 2020 I stay in Woodlands estate Bendor supposedly an affluent area where we pay premium rentals. Normally we don't have water from 8pm to 8am sometimes until as late as 12pm if there is no water for the estate why are new houses and complexes still being built when there is not enough water for the existing houses

My neighbour waters his grass every second day why is this allowed if there is not enough water for consumption.What is being done about this?

Surely new developments should not get permits to go ahead if there is not enough water for the existing units in the estate. And new units are being built at tbe entrance if tbe Estate

The lack of water is keeping residents docile and nobody even complains they just accept the fact that there is no water and the municipality is doing nothing about the water shortage.

Water is not a luxury it is a bisic necessity. With the covid restrictions how are are supposed to practice basic hygiene like washing our hands or flush a toilet or even cleaning our homes without water. Then to top it off I pay R400 on average for water for one person. It does not add up. What is tbe municipality doing wirh the money as they are nor even reading the meters and they are definitely not providing us with water.
