USELESS

Polokwane Municipality is beyond useless. They cut our power at the office without making sure that they are at the correct office. The notification they have given us is not even our account details. Try to phone them - to no avail. None of the numbers on the letter was answered. They have also contravene the POPIA act, as we are now in receipt of the other office's outstanding bill.
