Unattended quiry

Hi all My name is Ephraim Ledwaba residing GA Mashashane stand 680.. My complain is that since August 2024 we have been complaining about meter box not accepting cards.. Which resulted in one of your staff came to the house and take out the box and leave the cable on a bridged state. He said he is going to order the box and till today he is gone. Now the problem is left with me.. And as I write this mail there is no electric for two days.. I am a law abiding citizen and I don't see a reason as to why would I bridge electric while there is no one in the house.. I am residing in joburg protea Glen in Soweto.. I.only visit home once after 3 or 2months. On the 8/01/25 I was at ur office in town but I couldn't get help. I just got reference that they will come.. ESKOM REF *** The first one that coused the whole problem is not here cos they said it is closed and I asked why but no answer.. Now Eskom want me to pay 6000 for the box of which it was not my fault..

Thinking that the matter is solved..in January when I come home a bought electric but still when I get home no box..

Please investigate this matter as urgent cos the more it delay, it will end up with breakings or theft of either in the house or cable..
