Prepaid units not the same for the same amount.
After being ********** by the Polokwane Municipality many years for water and electricity I decided to change to borehole water and prepaid electricity. After being charged by the Municipality R22000,00 for installing the meters and I installing a pressure water system on my borehole I found that my service account from the municipality fell by about R6000,00 a month. The *******ion from the municipality is however not at an end because now I find that the number of units I pay for with the same amount (R300,00) are different.
24/05/2015 184.1 units
10/06/2015 231.5 units
16/06/2015 193.6 units
26/06/2015 184.1 units
01/07/2015 292.2 units (Prize hike???}
08/07/2015 214.1 units
I sent them an e-mail but as expected they did not answer.
I want to warn the house owners in Polokwane not to give them an open cheque book and to try and have your water meter tested to make sure it is not defective (over measuring)
Thank You Hellopeter for your brilliant site and service.
