Prepaid units not the same for the same amount.

After being ********** by the Polokwane Municipality many years for water and electricity I decided to change to borehole water and prepaid electricity. After being charged by the Municipality R22000,00 for installing the meters and I installing a pressure water system on my borehole I found that my service account from the municipality fell by about R6000,00 a month.
