Poor service - Polokwane Municipality

Every month electricity gets dis****ected due to the arrears i have in the account. i have been paying my accounting consistently. latest payment was end of August 2024. In the process they are adding R805.00 disconnection fee to my account. Nobody answers the call when you do. it is frustrating.
