Polokwane Municipality wrong notice

I am disappointed by the poor service at Polokwane Municipality. I never skipped payment with regard to my monthly bills but just got a final notice reminder with a notice fee of R 78.18. I talked to one of the personnel who insisted on my visiting the office, something I avoid by making EFT payments.
