POLOKWANE MUNICIPALITY CAR PARKING ISSUES

Good day, On Saturday the 4th of September, 2021, I had the displeasure of receiving a parking ticket from 17th December, 2020. I didnt have a problem with the payment but the annoying thing is why do i have to get a parking ticket from last year almost a year later. There is no integrity as I can not remember events of a year old. I paid the ticket and was given a number of which is on voice mail. This kind of service is unacceptable and I have been parking and paying my parking fees throughout this year without being alerted that i owe a ticket from last year. May the municipality look into this issue. The same day i received mine, there was another motorist with a bigger bill from last year. Take care of this nonsense and stop inconviniencing people. I am about to renew my licence disc end of this month and if i had not known of this i would be facing funny amounts to pay.
