I made an arrangement through an email to pay 1500 monthly including paying for the water where the taps are dry for over 6 months in Newtown seshego. We pay for water but we do not have water. 13 September I paid 1500, as we speak they blocked my meter from buying electricity saying I must pay in 1900 in the same month.
