Polokwane Municipalality - Statements Absolutely Disgusting how Useless this Muncipality is!!!

My Client has been harasSed by the Polokwane Municipalality - Statements Department via SMS your the past year... Enough is enough!!! After informing them on various occasions that they had the wrong (*****) cell number and that my client has never lived in Polokwane. They have done absolutely nothing. The latest SMS Bill from the Statements Department no 13 is now over R 30,000 Absolutely Disgusting how Useless this Muncipality is!!!
