Pathetic,disrespectful service

Polokwane municipality ward 32 sebayeng town ship the service is so pathetic,they have no name badges refuse to give their,one lady refused to help us because the person in charge is on leave buy she says she came to relieve him. She says she never came across a case as ours,we had an argument that wa so pathetic. Their system is forever not working,NP telephones, no communication. We are told a new story everything we want to do transfer of property
