Pathetic Attitude

I called twice, and the lady at reception was very disrespectful, sarcastic, and rude. By far the worst call I've ever made to anyone. I asked if I could please be transferred to the finance department, and her response was, "Do they or any other company work after hours?" She slammed the phoned down on my ear after saying that. I call again immediately to ask again, what time does the department open in the morning, and what time do they leave in the afternoon, she says they're not here, and slams the phone in my ear again. I call again for the third time. This time she doesn't even say hello, she picks up, stays quiet, and puts the phone down.
