Municipal account billing unresolved...12 August 2020

Good Morning...Kindly assist me with regards to my municipal account No. *** at Madiba Park. Since 12 August 2020, MR Shadrack Moshomane assured me that this account will be fixed to date nothing is being done. I was recently hospitalized due COVID 19 and released on oxygen. My electricity was cut due to this account issues. I wish there could be a way of helping me in resolving this matter to avoid oxygen machine... my electricity ...CUT. Thanking You Mrs Ramoshaba ***
