HUMAN RIGHTS DENIED

Lack of assistance. We were forced to install prepaid meters on our premises. We went from 1 meter to 3 meters. The contractor that was employed by the Municipality told us that we should only buy for the other 2 meters as the first meter was the main supply. Now they disconnected our power on Friday 23rd October 2020. Nobody in the Municipality can assist us with the problem. I have 2 house holds renting and 20 guests in the lodge without electricity. All the food in the lodge and households has defrosted and rotten Over 100 phone calls and a visit to the finance department, the matter has still not been resolved. Nobody in this whole department is capable to handle such a problem. They only send you to the next person who again has no training or knowledge how to handle the problem and sort it out. Their treatment and lack of assistance is against our HUMAN RIGHTS. We are at stMarco Estate, Laboria, Polokwane.
