Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where must I start we are without electricity every week for 3 days on .The cable in the street gets ****** every week .We tell them to put it under ground but they just don't listen .Every time you try to call them you wait 2h on the phone if you get to them they tell you they send someone but nobody shows is this what we voted for No Service in Polokwane .We don't have money to replace our food .I don't know what to do .
