Extremely poor service at Polokwane Municipality

Polokwane Municipality disconnects people’s power without prior notice citing non-payment of rates and taxes. I went to see them and they acknowledged it to be a mistake on their side, 48 hours later, still I have not been reconnected.

At this point I feel all ******* connections are prompted by the inefficiency of the council personnel. No one can stand this nonsense for more than 2 days. To which they charge 15k of ******* connection upon finding. The Mayor needs to address this before we take further steps. This is bull****!!
