Electricity tarifs increase

Polokwane municipality is not part of the 66 municipalities that are allowed to increase the tarifs. The question is what going to happen?

Correct me if I'm wrong.I purchased electricity (just now 01/07/2024) and compared it with last months purchase (for the same amount). Received less 18kw. Less municipality did increase the tariffs, against the court order. 😡😡😡
