Bad Service!!! No sense of Urgency

I have received the worst service from this municipality, as I am typing this I’m sitting in the dark due to incorrect electricity cut off! I contacted them since 19h00 to sort out the issue , @23h00 they only reply to say the guys on standby have knocked off at 21h00 I should try tomorrow.
