Favouratism

Morning. I have a problem with the service of Machete Moloto coach of one of the polokwane city football club,he has too much favouritism he doesn't treat players the same, he is not doing his job the way his supposed to be doing it, i have a nephew who started practicing there in July was made a card in September that allows them to get a salary, he was suppose to get a salary in September month end which it never happen he promised to pay him double in October whi which it never happened he only got one salary instead of two salaries. My biggest problem is that always when he set a scheme to play he doesn't put him to play instead he takes someone from another polokwane club to make him play and when is being asked about my nephews performance he always says his good, if he is good why is he not making him play when they have games?
