Palates of broken bricks

We went to the branch in polokwane bricks as we wanted to buy bricks and when we arrived Mr Maja is the one who welcomed us and gave quatation for different types of bricks.On the 12/2/2014 we purchased 10 palates for amount of R9050.00.In the same yard the were lots of tracks which were expensive when they quoted us,Mr Maja who was the sales person suggested that we use alternative trucks which he will organise,then we settled for the one suggested as price was much less than the one given.<br> The bricks were delivered and most of them were taken back as the were broken,even the one left behind were broken as the were unloading them they got smashed ,others were just dust of bricks.the one taken they were never brought back nor communicate with us.In May i wrote an email to them .I sopke to Petro Erasmus and Corne Schwim and they promised escalate the matter to their manager and will give me an update which never happened,Corne suggested that we should bring the pictures of the one at home and i managed to forward them on the 30/09/2014 but nothing has happened.Everytime it rained the bricks got washed away,these few left , Pls assist [Email Removed]
