Worst medical aid EVER

I have been with polmed now for 10 years. And I can not remember that my father had to struggle with this medical aid the way i have to when he was a police officer.

We risk our lives every day but it means nothing in today's world.

It is my second time having a fight with this people.

The first fight is still not solved they don't have away foward unless i can pay for radiation myself to kill a keliod as it is not cancer and it is seen to them as cosmetic surgery. Something that pains constantly and i feel how it grows.

The second fight is today. The doctor that operated on my husband didn't make sure the alignment of the bone was placed correctly and the *****s are attaching two critical movement bones so now it has to beremoved and the bone needs to be shaved so that his ankle is able to move as ot is blocking movement.

The doctors room who is nothing but wonderful through all of this calls me to inform me about the co payment as specified by polmed.

The pay R13 000 and i have to pay R33 000.

So now i ask why do we have a medical aid that is chosen for us but this is how we get assisted.

I can just as well het R50 000 from i dont know where and pay everything myself.
