whole pension deducted

Once again Polmed has shown how changing to a new administor has placed their members in a disadvantaged situation. Our billing again for the second time now has been deducted incorrectly. The monthly installment is R1306,00 this is showing on our account. However this monring an amount of R7678 was debited from our account this is my whole pension and I receive only R8760 a month. All my responsibilities on other accounts cannot be upheld. The cost and charges related to debitorders that now has to be sent back will be on me and Polmed will take no responsibility for it. I now have to spend the next probably 4 week without money to buy food for my children or pay my w & L account, because Polmed now has to refund me. I will now take this my lawyer, I cannot afford to be dealt with in such a way. I want my money paid back immediately.<br> <br>
