Very bad choice of Administrator

I am very unhappy about the fact that Polmed changed from an administrator - Metropolitan Health - that worked back to Medscheme that previously also administered Polmed and Failed.
My husband has been on Chronic medication for Bipolar, Hypertension since 2007, he has been on the Chronic Risk Management program since then. Now his medication suddenly is not on his Chronic basket because Medscheme has taken over and it seems that they do not know what they are doing.
I have to call and sit on the phone for more than 40 minutes to speak to agents that cannot even give me answers. Now I have to send the prescription that I get every six months to them and they will see what has to be done. this is probably going to take forever.
We are also showing in arrears with R13144, where this is coming from we do not know, because my husband has been on medical pension since 1 April 2015 and the employer paid the contributions up to date on the 31 March 2015, we then had to pay contribution according to the income of the pension and our first instalment was 1 April 2015.
This is unacceptable how can Medscheme take over and then cannot administer correctly I will contact the ombudsman.
