Useless, disappointing and ridiculous service

Polmed has become a HUGE JOKE AND DISAPPOINTMENT to its members. It is rather a ******* scheme not a medical scheme. It needs to be done away with as all they do is take a whole chunk of money from its members and doesn't deliver!! I was to be admitted this morning for surgery, woke up early not even eating just to get the biggest shock of my life. I'm now back home, back to square one with NO HELP. I have been suffering with pain and distress that none of the polmed consultants and workers can even imagine and this is the ******* we get in return. I need urgent intervention as I will most definitely take this matter further.
