Unsatisfying services
Polmed services are totally unprofessional because I lodged a complaint to them on claims and they told me I should submit documents(invoices and receipts) and they will refund me . I did but instead of them responding back to me and pay for those claims they never paid me but instead they put me on a line for a long time and on whatsapp they just got back to me and promised to send me an email but when I checked my emails they never did that .i don't see the importance to have a medical aid because medical services rendered to me are paid by me instead of polmed
