UNPAID ACCOUNT AFTER TOLD WILL PAY.....SO WHAT NOW?
DEP 02 HAD TO GO FOR BONE DENSITRY XRAY.CONTACTED POLMED ON 18/01 TO CHECK IF THEY WILL PAY ACC AND WAS TOLD YES IT WILL BE PAID FROM PREVENTITIVE BENEFIT.ACCOUNT REJECTED BY POLMED AND NO FEEDBACK AFTER EMAILS SENT ON 21/01.MEM NO:***7 PR NO:***:DATE OF SERVICE:19/01
